| | | | If the late fees amounts are stated in a lease and you owe the late fees then YES you can be evicted because you did not pay the landlord the FULL RENT DUE! (which includes the late fees)
If the landlord made the late fees up out of thin air, then no judge is going to evict you if you have a lease, because the late fees are not stated in the lease. | |
