What is the name of your state? CT

Hey all, quick question. Recently purchased rental property in CT and I want to make sure I am in compliance with lead law (I googled it and think I have covered my bases but who can tell with all the legalese?). My understanding is that I am required to disclose to my tenants that I have no info on lead in the unit, have them sign as to such, and also provide them with the Lead Hazard in the Home pamphlet. Is this sufficient for CT?

TIA!! Noisefrazzle
