| |  Lease Option, Lessor Divorcing, Arkansas
In October my wife and I entered into a 3 year lease option on a house. The owners are now divorcing. If the home goes into foreclosure or is ordered sold by the court what rights do we have? |

this is the only thing I can find that is relevant |
