I currently live in a house with 2 other roommates. I rented a room in the house 4 months ago, a Month to Month verbal agreement. I now have signed a lease with the landlord to take possession of the property and lease it for 1 year.
He served the 2 other roommates with a lease termination to vacate the premises by June 29th 2006.
My question is: If the 2 previous tenants do not move out by the specified time i take possession of the property what can be done if they are still here?
