What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

My husband's grandparents have been renting a home for two years and just recently received notice to vacate in 3months due to the owners' mother in law moving in. Is this legal for the owner to do? they have an excellent payment history and it's month to month there. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

that is perfectly legal and exactly proper.

Please help your grandparents in law find a new place, and get a lease there, so they have security in there new place.
