Stone Mountain Georgia We purchased an run down trailer in Stone Mountain Manufacturers Community. the man we purchased the trailer from owes for lot rent during the time that he lived there. now that my husband has renovated the whole trailer from top to bottom, the management has sent us a letter telling us that we can not move in until the past due amount is paid. we have not even signed a contract or lease with stone mountain manufacturers homes on this trailer. the amount owed is an awesome amount considering we've done all the reconstruction on this house. we desperately need legal advice, please tell us if we have any legal grounds to stand on here.

The only way to tell is by having an attorney review all the legal documentation. You may have jumped the gun.

As usual..another stupid trailer park resident who spends their own money on someone elses property, then gets screwed....

You will learn a very very expensive lesson from this....

and you owe all the money since you do not have title to the trailer....and of course since you dont own the trailer you cant sign an agreement with the lot owners,

So....a run down trailer and YOU EXPECT the owner to pay the lot rent? unbelievable

you should be on Jerry Springer!!!!!!!!!!
