What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

We signed a two-year commercial lease in Colorado that began in April 2004. We signed a two-year extension in April 2006. The ownership of the property then changed hands. Nothing new has ever been put in writing with the new owner. In April 2008, we went to a verbal month-to-month lease. How much notice is legally required by us to terminate the lease (10 or 30 days)?
