My boyfriends landlord threatens to charge me rent

I stay at my boyfriends rented apartment 3-4 nights a week. His landlord feels that I live there and has threatened to charge me rent. Can he really do this?

NO HE CANT charge you rent.........but if your boyfriend does NOT have a lease, then the landlord can raise HIS rent with a 30 day notice.

As long as your boyfriend has a lease the landlord cannot charge him anymore that what is wrtitten down in the lease until it ends PERIOD!

He cant evict your boyfriend he cant do NOTHING......as long as your boyfriend has a signed lease, AND pays the rent ON TIME!
