What is the name of your state? Virginia
I was wondering if someone could fill me in on the Discovery process. I was told I needed to get a pool inspection for the last residence I resided in, for proof in court. I was told I could conduct inspections in litigation through discovery. But have no idea how it works. Do I have to file for suit before I request this inspection of my landlords house. And how do I get an inspector to inspect a pool that is not mine. I need this information for proof in small claims court. Please advise, any info is appreciated.
