What is the name of your state?MA
Hi,
Basically my wife and I signed a lease in June 2004 and thought everything was fine. We mailed it to the office, but never received a signed copy back. We just received a letter saying our tenancy is terminated. I called the office and they said they never received it and that the owner opted to terminate our tenency. Can they do that just because of the us mail?? We are current with our rent and never have problems.
