What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania I want to know if noise is a legitimate reason to break a lease early. I live in a ground floor apartment and there is a tapping and popping noise all day and allnight. I just found out this is from the water heater. What can I do? At night I cant sleep without earplugs and during the day all I here is poppop pop. Thanks

Wear earplugs at night.

Water heaters make noise in mansions and slums.
