I received a notice from my landlord to quit and vacate the premises by July 31, 2010 because I failed to do my annual recertification. I don't mind vacting because I don't care for the apartments anyway. I signed the lease August 8, 2009. I was wondering if there is any way I could vacate on July 1, 2010 and not have to pay rent for the month of July.
