6/9 - it'd discovered AUSD shuts down generator and locks. Were unable to water our livestock in 110 weather. Mike is physically escorted from premises while there feeding and hand hauling water from our pool, thank god because despite my several attempts to do it their way, yada yada, call their attny he's the one who will arrange for us to access premises to care for animals and removal of personal property. I was informed by AUSD attny's secretary that Mr. Gonzalves is on vacation for a week and will not return my call till he gets back. I explain to Secretary that will not work because we only have 15 days to remove our property and we have over a month worth of moving to do. I think it is reasonalble for me to request that we be allowed to remove our stuff immediately and every day till it's all removed. She said she would get back to me. I was told that we could feed our animals 1 time a day at 10 am for 15 minutes. and that we could have 1 day the 17th between 10 am and 2:30 to get everything gone. I was appualed and discusted because Jeff with AUSD knows there is no way we can remove our belonging in one day for what 4 hrs. I explained to Mr. Gonzalves Secretary that I was aware of our rights, and that they and AUSD had to accomodate any reasonable request to remove our belongins for 15 days. I told her what Jeff is trying to do is unreasonable and unlawful, if we are legally given 15 days to remove our last things and livestock then why is AUSD refusing us access, We have been told that they do not have the staff to come and babysit us while we are removing our items, and that the soonest they would have avail. staff is now the 17th and 18th only from the hrs of 8 am to 4:30, I said that's a little better, but must still speak with Mr, Gonzalves. I,Mike or Jan his sister have since seen AUSD on site for most of the day, every day since our departure. I even saw one of them bringing his daughter there on his day off a Saturday, he said so she could pet the animals, Hey AUSD wake up, those are our animals not yours, what if one of our horses was to step on the child, bite the child who is liable then? Why is AUSD refusing to get power restored so we can properly water horses, why cant we take hay down to the barns why do we have to hand cary everything from road. We asked for help from an individual who made a few calls and threatened School Dist that if power was not restored and gates opened for delivery of hay that they were going to have a lawsuit on their hands. Well, guess what the flood gates were opened and feed brought down, untill AUSD decided to protect themselves from the LAWSUIT threat and called Animal Control on us, Yep it just keeps getting better and better. Now were being told that we may not be able to remove our horses on Wednesday. that tests are being run on our animals. who is behind this? why is the school doing everything to destroy us instead of trying to help us. We moved out of the house 4546, even though we were evicted from 4550, the sherrifs only had to verify it was empty. We were not hurting them in any way, Prevously the people who lived there for over 5 years were hired to take care of premises, they were given the place rent free and were paid a stipend, and reimbursed for all expenses. AUSD is not out any $, they know they had to pay for the upkeep of the premises previously, and that maintaining a 200 acre ranch that is 100 years old is a full time job. They got 80 hrs a week of physical labor from Mike and I, plus rent too!,
O.K. here we are it's almost the 17th, the day when they will permit us to begin removing our personal belongings that weve been wanting to move for a week now. Why are they refusing us? what dont they understand about 15 days, and believe me we needed it. We have a portable Barn, stalls, livestock, tools, 3 trailers, tack, quads, 51 chevy, van, livestock trailers 2, ect... it took a year and a half to bring it there it's going to take more than 2 days. How come we cant remove our belonging from premises, but AUSD keeps allowing people other than us access to premises and we have been robbed on several occadions, almost daily now, yesterday, someone had thrown a bunch of our horse tack in a barrel and left by road, when we attempted to collect our property we were stopped by security guard who made us put it in the barn, till 17 & 18th, guess what we complied and the next day the culprits completed the heist. WHATS GOING ON AROUND HERE, ITS NOT BAD ENOUGH WE LOST OUR HOME, BUT NOW WE HAVE TO LOOSE OUR ANIMALS, AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TOO. AUSD IS NOT GOING TO STOP, THIS SHOULD GO PUBLIC, MY NEXT MOVE IS TO CONTACT 5 OR 7 ON YOUR SIDE, OR HOW ABOUT A PUBLIC NOTICE PLACED STRAGICALLY AT THE ENTRANCE OF DEVIL MT RANCH, HOW THE SCHOOL DIST HAS DEMONSTRATED THEIR POWER OF THE COMMUNITY AND HOW THEY SLOWLY DESTROYED A ONCE HAPPY FAMILY.
