What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey we are in violation in our lease because we have 3 kids and its supposed to be 2 per room and the baby is in our room with us. The landlord is on our side and he wants the judge to go in our favor but we don't have good credit and unfortunately right now I am unable to find a job and we are having a hard time finding the income for a loan to get a doublewide which would accomodate our family size.

So if the landlord is "on your side," how did a judge get involved:confused:

Property & health codes .

Since you're already on HUD , find an appropriate size and approved place to live .

Get a list from HUD , or your local Soc. Service agency , perhaps a housing council would have a list of landlords that accept Sec. 8 .
