I rent a large commercial building on a month to month basis in California where I have my business. I rent an attached but separate part of this building to a like business as mine. This arrangement is also month to month. I would like to know what type of notice this tenant has to give me to vacate this commercial space.
Thank you |

**A: absent a written lease, the norm is 30 days but anything goes since there is nothing in writing governing the time period of vacating notification. | |
