Commercial property manager in new jersey keeps walking in the store when it's not open through the back door. Is there anything I can do to stop him? He walks in at things and moves them without saying anything and then he sends an email after the fact.

New Jersey doesn't have any statutory protection for commercial tenants so your next place to look is in your lease.

What does your lease say about the landlord's right of access?

If he's not complying with the lease you can take him to court and seek an injunction against the behavior.

Or, you can get in his face and tell him to not do it again.

Or you can change the locks and see what happens after that.
