removal of mobile home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
my name is on the deed to a property and someone else has a mobile home in their name that is on the property. i haven't been charging a rental fee for the use of the land (the mh has been vacant up to this point) but i have found out that the mobile home is now being occupied. I want to have the person who owns the mh to remove it so i can have use of my property. what can i do. do i have to charge them a land use fee before i can evict them.

Hire a RE attorney to send MH owner a letter terminating right for MH to be on your property and provide proper FL notice for removal.

Do you have an agreement with the owner of the mobile home for it to be on your property?
