The yearly lease with our tenant expired mid March and I sent a new lease which is now a month to month lease. She said she wanted her lawyer to review it because she felt it was "aggressive". We revised it to include/cover every possible situation because we do have concerns about the tenant. I don't want her living in our home without a lease. How long should we wait to receive the signed lease back before we contact our attorney or begin eviction process?
