rent free agreement

living in texas-my friend's father died and his executor has offered to let my friend live in her father's house rent free under the stipulations she keep up with taxes, insurance, repairs, etc.
there is no time limit-it's for life. she wants me to draw up an agreement for them both to sign. is there any standard form that could be used for this situation? if not, would my form be legal if notarized and signed by both concerned parties?

UH think this through its a SCAM**************....

What is the quickest way to evict someone or get them out of the estate so they will have NO CLAIM to anything???

Give them FREE rent!

If she cant afford to pay a decent rent...SELL the house and get the proceeds.

The broad will spend money like its water, then when the taxes are due, or oil is needed she will POOR MOUTH YOU!
