Paid first, last and security deposit on rental. Was evicted after living there only 60 days. Landlord claims he's keeping last months rent because security deposit didn't cover repairs. Is this legal?

MAYBE.......

#1 did you take pictures of the supposed damage? then what will you show a judge?

#2 did the landlord give you an itemized bill? NO then you can sue him in small claims court and make him prove he actually paid the money.

#3 but see #1.
