Right's as a landlord

State of WA. We rented to a couple 5 years ago. They have recently divorced, finalized feb, 01. Both have signed year to year lease until divorce now just the woman. He has moved out but there is a mess in drive-way, junk cars, wood & scrap piles ect... he continues to store his things in the garage that she pays rent on and is unable to use because of the locks he has put on the doors. The woman is afraid of her x-husband. Has asked him numerous times to remove his things and he wont. Is there any thing as a landlord that I can do to get his stuff out and clean the place up. Or maybe lower her rent since she cant use that part of the property and charge him? or is this something she has to take care of? Please help! has been going on long enough.

I would do nothing. Don't get involved, it's her mess to figure out.
