roomate gave 30 day notice did not leave

What is the name of your state? Pa
I rented a house 8/27/06 and added a friend of my second son to my lease to help him out, he was to pay 1/6th of all bills on 11/16/06 he gave me a 30 day notice (i caught him and a girl he let stay with him smoking weed in my house) I told him he had to leave, he was on the lease, the landlord accepted his notice and made an amendment to the lease to remove him as of 12/15/06. he did not leave, my one son will not come home while he is here. My other son wants to grab him and through him out. He has not paid his part of anything - rent, electric, cable, +++ for over six weeks. what can i do to have him leave.
1. can i have police take him out now that the 30 days is over
2. can i cut power (he's not paying for) off to his room.
3. i pay for cable can i shut that off to his room.
4. he has a broken down car parked in front of my house not moving for 3+ weeks can i have it towed???
And if i can do any of these thing can i pospone till after christmas so i am not the scrooge or do i have to do it now.

It is a civil matter and the police can't/won't make him vacate. The LL will have to evict him.

Shutting off utilities is illegal, so don't even think about it.

If the car is broken down, has not moved and is parked on a public street, call the police. They should tag it and tow it.

If he is smoking pot, call the cops when he is.

Talk with the LL. Since the LL did release this guy from the lease, that means he was a tenant of the same LL as you. If he continues to stay, he is a holdover tenant. Now the LL may simply say, "it's your problem" since you still rent from him and presumably your lease is still intact but you need to start there.

I doubt the cops would help much but if there are folks over there that you don;t want there, have them call the cops and show the cops the lease that does not have this other guys name on it anymore. At that point, the odd folks out are trespassers and the cops should remove them.

if the landlord states that it is my problem then what can i do - would it be better if the landlord wrote a new lesse with the date 12/16/06 with out the other guy on it - since he did give his 30 day notice. He does not have any copies of any lesse i have all papper work.
