| | | Roomate leaving lease agreement
What is the name of your state? FL
I have a lease agreement with a roomate that we established in August that runs until April. She recently just left me a note that informed me that she was moving out and since her name is not on the lease agreement that she does not have to let him know just me. I looked over the lease and while my name is the only one typed in the lease she has signed the lease under the lessee section. Her name was not put on the lease because my lessor lives across the country and he did not know her name at the time he sent out the lease agreement. So my question is even though her name is not typed in the lease agreement is she still held accountable for the rest of the lease because she signed the agreement.What is the name of your state? |
