See if the lease says you are "joint and severally Liable" for the rent. Methinks it does, my dear. If you all signed and they signed and... well, Its signed... hustle the bustle and get a new roomie!
Get her on there! If not, you are are still committed to the Lease and have to come up with the moolah somehow.
Then you can take the lease to small claims court after, and sue the little runaway!
