What is the name of your state? CA
After 2 years renting an apartment I am being charged $260 for changing the plastic flooring of a bathroom.
I understand that a landlord should prorate damages based on the remaining lifetime, how do I determine the lifetime of the flooring (it was the cheapest stuff)? |
