Arizona. My Aunt's father passed away this week. The landlord of his appartment complex is refusing to refund the security deposits since her father did not give a 30 day notice.
Does she have any recourse?  |

**A: no, she has no recourse simply based on the fact that she is not a contractual party to the lease or the probate court appointed estate executor or special administrator. She has no claims whatsoever. | |
