| | |  Security Deposits before lease signed
What is the name of your state? Michigan
Is it legal for them to keep any of my money if no lease is signed but my reciept says 150.00 security deposit and underneth my signature says "accepted with full recourse"??? I dont think it is legal when one of their associated told my wife if we change our mind we can have our money back at any time before lease is signed??? Anyone got any ideas? |
