What is the name of your state? Texas

6 yrs ago for personal reasons my fiance allowed his brother and family to move into his already paid for house. We just recently found out that in the time they have lived there , no taxes were paid so he owes over 2300.00 in back taxes plus..3 mnths ago we told them they had to try and buy the house. It took them about a month to try. They were not approved. We then told them thay had to move out because we were forced financially to move into the home ourselves. This was 2 mnths ago. We can not get them out and they are costing us money daily.
What is the law on getting them out of the house.

Angry, Angry, Angry

Send them a 30-day eviction notice and have it served through a process server. Then, at the end of the 30 days, if they have not vacated, hire an attorney and have them legally removed from the land.
