What is the name of your state?
New Hampshire
I am a landlord with a 1 year lease. Tenant moved into apt in October (2 months ago!) told me today they had to move out December 30th..lease says with 45 day written notice there will be a fee of 1/2 month. This is not a 45 day notice and at Christmas and I don't know what I can do

**A: why are you telling us you don't know what you can do? What do you want us to do for you? You want us to read the L/T law for you? You want us to talk to the tenant for you? You want us to re-rent the property for you?
