Do I have any legal rights regarding this:

I have a written sub lease contract with my landlord for a one year term on a warehouse space. The landlord of my landlord has notified me by phone that he is evicting my landlord for not paying rent. He says consequently I also must vacate. I have never missed or been late paying rent to my landlord. My lease with him does not expire until 07/31/2007, about nine months remaining on the term.
The notice time I was given was two days! Do I have any legal rights to stay and honor my lease, as I wish to do? If not, shouldn't I be given a minimum reasonable time to move out? What is the name of your state?
