What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

As if I haven't been thru enough: filed Chapter 7 two months ago; the house is
in foreclosure; I'm making plans to move within three more months. Meanwhile,
I have one stubborn roommate who believes he should be able to "squat" in the
foreclosed house until the bank comes for his keys. I do NOT want this to happen
and have served him sixty days notice.

Can anybody offer advice? I don't want the expense and hassle and frustration
of actually evicting him. I believe a reasonable tone and official Notice to Move
should be sufficient. But he's stubborn. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
