What is the name of your state? indiana. six months ago i signed a year lease on this house. my landlord lives next door. one day last week while i was at work, he tore down my back fence,and my gate to my neighbors house. and moved it 30+ feet forward. so that his wife could build a garden in my back yard, plus he put an ugly big barn up there also. is that legal to just take the property that i agreed to rent, without my permission.plus my garage door broke a week ago, he took it down but has yet to put a new one up, meenwhile he is putting in a new driveway in his house next door.please can someone help me!
