What is the name of your state? washington
My mother recently passed. She quitcalimed her house and property to my sisters and me as tenants-in-common. My brother-in-law has hired a real estate agent to handle the sale of the property. There are three sisters. I live in Washington state. One sister lives in California. The yooungest lives in Missouri. It is her husband who is executor of the estate, but as I understand it, the property is no longer part of the estate per the quitclaim deed. The house in question is just up the street from me. Can my sisters sell or lease the property without my consent or agreement. What are tenants-in-common?

The house is recorded with the county with all three sisters on the property.
