Tenants not paying monthy

What is the name of your state? South Carolina

Bond for Title. People bought in April, 2004. They payed on time the 1st two months and then were late thereafter. To date they are a month behind for July's mortgage payment. Which will affect my credit right?

Within the last week they have decided they do not want the house. They signed a Bond for Title and are not honoring the agreement at all.

What are my options to get them out of the house and how soon can I get
them out? Would this be a foreclosure or landlord/tenant situation?
The Bond for Title was never recorded.

I am a woman 54 years old and had to move out of that house of 15 years
due to the fact that I could no longer afford it. The reason being - my husband ran up all my credit cards, left me to pay them which were substantially high and I then could no longer keep up my payments. This is why I sold it to begin with.
