| | | Threatening a lawyer in eviction case
What is the name of your state? Massachusettes
The tennent has called the lawyer of the landlord....he stated that he moved out all of his stuff and some notation that he cleaned the place...he also stated that he was holding the house up for six mos.
The lawyer stated it was a threat....has the tennent put himself in a worse situation by this? The lawyer is obtaining another lawyer as a witness. |
