Unauthorize Tenant Question

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I suspect there is an unauthorized tenant in my rental.

I have questioned the gals that live there because there is a vehicle parked pretty much around the clock there that is neither one of theirs.

I also see a man come and go and suspect he is living there and the car belongs to him.

They say they told him he could leave the car there over the summer while he is out of town which is another issue - do they have the right to store a car?

Can I find out his address from is license plate to see if he uses my rental address as his own?

How else could I find out is he is living there?
