What can I do about a landlord who is unresponsive to repeated requests to fix things? It's been 2 months and I don't have a hot water faucet in my bathroom (it was missing when I moved in), there are heating vent grates that are so twisted up they won't sit in the floor right, and my furnace makes SO much noise, it keeps me up at night sometimes. Help!!

Research you remedies with respect to the applicable State Statutes and send a certified letter to L to fix or expect to get no rent.
