| | | | violence with roommate What is the name of your state? Arizona
I own a home and have had a friend living with me with no written agreement. It has turned violent and I want her to move out. She also has since made threats as well. I would like to know my rights in this violent situation. Thanks |

| | | If she hits you or worse CALL police and start with making a claim of domestic violence . See your state govt web page for LL & tenant She might have to be treated as a tenant and get the same exact written notice that a tenant would . If you are male Not calling the police isnt the wisest choice women can be abusers too . If you must use a hidden voice recorder and record her voice yelling etc Do so , If she does hit you and you can get a restraining order DO it .
