what can i do about reletting fee

What is the name of your state?texas
staying in a apt for 6months moving this weekend because
car broken into-hole in fence that was supposed to be fixed 6 mnths ago. car still repeatedly broken into so window has not been fixed due to the multi breakins. a/c broke 3 times had to wait a day and a half before it was fixed. Maint has attitude ignors questions and claims to not speak english sometimes. pool always dirty. gate breaks often. mice problems. Maint layed poison refused to remove dead mice and fix holes, Repair was about 50. only one burner worked on stove. oven the control knob did not match back of oven so no idea what the settings mean. toilet was broke for several days before repair(2 bedroom2bath) was told wash/dry would fit in outside closet. did not fit. windows were painted shut did not know until came time to open due to a/c broke. Took an addtl. 2days. to repair. was told there is no way to enter gate with a code only key access but 3 months later was given a code and was told they always had gate code access. problems they had with me was late on rent due to the payday schedule but always payed my rent. Have not payed for these 2weeks due to the issue at hand. I did tell them that i was moving out 3weeks ago. because of finanaces but this is the real reason. Please help reduce or eliminate the reletting fees.
