What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

This is in Florida. The apartment building is under the ownership of a LLC I created. The trial is concerning a 15 day notice of eviction to end an oral month to month lease, and the tenant wants a trial. I heard that if a property is owned by a corporation that it is sometimes required that the landlord has to be represented by a lawyer. Will this be applied if the property is owned by a LLC?

Florida does not allow "pro se" representation of LLC. In fact, the defining case on this is specifically a LLC landlord eviction case. You must use an attorney.
