Will they lose there section 8?

What is the name of your state? MI

If someone gets a evicted that receives Section 8 will they be able to receive Section 8 somewhere else in the future?

I have two tenants on section 8 that pay about $75 towards there rent. They believe that they don't have to pay late fees because there portion of the rent is small.

They are responsible for late fees no matter how small there portion is correct?

They are responsible to uphold there portion of the lease and its obligations . The tenant can think what they want the lease is what stands get the gas turned back on and start the eviction procedure for your state and take them to court filing for june and ask for the missing payments and plan on not cashing the section 8 checks your going to have to return them should the tenants refuse to pay . Also the tenant wont lose section 8 likely what will happen is they will run to the nearest shelter if they have to and try for either public housing or see if they can find a new place , S 8 does give them some time before certificate is terminated . Either wich way do what you need to to get them out .
