What is the name of your state? Pa

We are purchasing a new home. I pulled out our lease to give the 60 days notice required to vacate the property and read the fine print of the lease. The dates listed on the lease are for 2005 not 2006. Is this lease any good and are we obligated to pay for the remaing months left on the lease? And are we still required to give the 60 days notice and still have our security deposit returned, since we apparently don't have a lease.
