170.6 Ignored by both judge and public defender

What is the name of your state? California

An arrest after handing over a D.P.S.S. food stamp card which did not go through the terminal correctly and thus causing me to be arrested on a 459a, which turned into a 666pc due to a 1999 conviction (no convictions nor any parole violations since that date)
I begai with a private atty. then proceeded with a p.d. who believes that I am guilty. After judge stated I was a "convict" and not in good standing after requesting exoneration of bail and he refused, I filed the 170.6 and was completely ignored next hearing date, May 29, 08. What can I do to be relieved of this judge and public defender ?

A: Make a timely request to disqualify the judge and hire your own lawyer.
