any body can help about indictment?

I have dispute with former landlord. was mediated by PRTB. But it is fair. So I am going to sue . The landlord provided fake statment and fake bills coppy. I asked for original bill. but they keep hidding them. and made the final decision: I have to pay all the spurious bills. anybody can help to give some idear?
