atterny said she was filing a witdrawl in short notice.

What is the name of your state? tn.
my atterny sent me a letter giving three weks to give her 9,000. for fees owed and another three thousand deposit, = 9,000. I payed 4,000. deposit to start. she wants it by July 15, I had a court date for July 23... Now been moved to Aug 10th.
Can she do this. It doesnt seem right. I dont know people that can come up with that money..

Sure your attorney can do that. She doesn't work for free. Neither do I.

Review your contract with her. I'm fairly sure you agreed to pay her.
