I was stationed in La. back in 1991 and I went to serve in desert storm and i had a bad check ticket that I recieved, I paid the check and shipped out now 14 years later I find out that there is a warrant pending for me in La. I worked for highly sensitive jobs with several background checks and it has never came up is there a statute of limitations or what do I do?
