Bear attorney incognitoWhat is the name of your state? East Coast Lawyer very difficult to contact. Important dates missed that impacted on my rights in the case, no contact. This lawyer has a great reputation and is a bear. Does something prevent a lawyer from simply sending you a letter stating that they don't want to represent you? If so, what is that something? |

| "Does something prevent a lawyer from simply sending you a letter stating that they don't want to represent you?" No. A lawyer does not need to give you a reason why he does not want to represent you. "Lawyer very difficult to contact. Important dates missed that impacted on my rights in the case, no contact. This lawyer has a great reputation and is a bear." If I remember my logic classes correctly (and that assumption is questionable), this is what we would call a non sequitur. |
