What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Georgia

The lawyer representing my wife in a divorce case called my lawyer and informed them to immediately settle my case. He told my lawyer that he had evidence of me involving adultery. He told my lawyer that if I dont agree with his terms; he will provide evidence to the US Army and accuse me of a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and that he will make sure I get arrested by the military police (MP). I told my lawyer that I have not been involve in adultery and told my lawyer that I do not agree with his tems. My lawyer also recommended to wait until mediation before doing anything. A week later, when I exit my house, I saw a car parked right outside. The individual inside the car was taking picture of me. I confronted the person and he told me that he was working for my wife lawyer and he was just verifiying my address.

It's this considere blackmail under GA laws?

It's this lawyer not only trying to get my attention but also stalking me?

What actions do I have to take other than the standard comment "Talk to your lawyer"?
