Has anyone ever brought their lawyer to court for not defending them properly. I am in the middle of a child custody battle and find out more information from my ex than I do from my own lawyer. She doesn't return my phone calls, I was suppose to be in court last Friday, I didn't hear that they (his lawyer and mine) had already discussed a new date because the family counsler wasn't ready, which I found out myself as well. Please someone help me, I have been taken.
