Hi

I would like to obtain additional information on the legal obligations and bonding of California Receivers. I don’t want to get into specifics because this matter is currently being controlled by a California Receiver.

I would like to know if a receiver has to be bonded and if so where do I obtain information on his bond.

I would like to know if there are specific laws that govern receivers?

I would like to know what recourse one has if they believe a receiver was either incompetent, negligent or bias in his duties.

ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
